Bob Howard is Chairman of Wellborn Management Co., Inc. Bob has more than 40 years diversified real estate brokerage, management and development experience, more than 30 as an entrepreneur. He holds the degree Bachelor, Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and was a six year Naval Aviator. Bob holds the professional designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM, CCIM Institute), Certified Property Manager (CPM, Institute of Real Estate Management), and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB, Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers). Bob is a past member of Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS ® Professional Standards Committee, Past President of the Council of Commercial REALTORS ® and currently is a member of Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce, Public Policy Committee, and the Reston Rotary Club.
