Kim Alexander, President/Principal Broker, has about 20 years of real estate brokerage and management experience. Having lived and worked in Reston since 1987, she is an expert on community real estate trends, both residential and commercial. In 1993, Kim joined Bob in the new Wellborn Management Co., Inc. and is now a co-owner of the company. Kim has personally managed a portfolio of office and industrial buildings totaling more than 500,000 sf. In 2004, Kim, along with Bob, performed consulting, construction management and brokerage for conversion and sale of 10 office condos, with aggregate transaction volume upward of $8 million. Kim and Bob co-listed this condo conversion project and sold out 100% in less than one year. Their sales and leasing volume for that year were in the $10's of millions.
