Promptly joined by Kim Alexander, Wellborn Management has been in existence since 1993. Wellborn Management works not only in residential and commercial sales and leasing, but also in residential and commercial property management and consulting. We have highly experienced and knowledgeable staff to keep up with the ever-changing markets in our area.  The staff has extensive experience with Northern Virginia office space. As such, the firm brings to the table a background with more than just the license and capability to provide brokerage services.

At Wellborn, we are unique, in that our business concept addresses all phases of commercial and residential real estate, including leasing, brokerage, property management, and consulting. We’re a small, professional firm with large capabilities. Our licensees have decades of combined brokerage experience in the buying, selling, renting, and management of commercial and residential properties, concentrating in Northern Virginia.
