Robert Howard, CCIM, CPM, CRB

Bob Howard was the Chairman of Wellborn Management Co., Inc. with Kim Alexander as President/Principal Broker until his passing in 2022. Bob founded Wellborn Management Co., Inc. in 1993 and was immediately joined by Kim. Bob had more than 60 years diversified real estate brokerage, management and development experience with much of that as an entrepreneurial. He held the degree of Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and was a Naval Aviator for six years. Bob held the professional designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM, CCIM Institute), Certified Property Manager (CPM, Institute of Real Estate Management), and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB, Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers). Bob was a member of Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS ® and a member of the Professional Standards Committee. Bob was a Past President of the Council of Commercial REALTORS ® and member of Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce, Public Policy Committee.
